Welcome to
Positive Masculinity

Positive Masculinity is for heart-led  masculine folks who want to create a transformative path for masculinity in our world.

We offer private groups and workshops that provide a safe space to address how societal expectations and conditioning have affected us. We strive to create a masculine model that is healthy and mutually supportive. Our goal is to thrive in the freedom to be our best possible selves.

The Way Of The Peaceful Warrior‘ is a book that had an influence on me and the forming of my life's philosophy. Written by Dan Millman it is a story about a young man who is a gymnast and he meets an old man who is very wise. The old man’s name is Socrates and he guides the young gymnast Dan through many life lessons. An International Bestselling book will help the reader rediscover life's larger meaning and purpose. This book has also been turned into a movie with the same name.

You do not have to have read the book to participate in our discussions. We will give an overview of parts of the book in our meetings.

You can support this work by supporting us on Patreon. All donations will help us build a better future for Positive Masculinity.

We reflect on alternatives to the toxically masculine structures with which many are raised and which poison many lives. Our discussions help me to learn and to grow as a person.

Positive Masculinity has made a profound difference in my life. There are conversations, insights and growth that only could have come from this unique group.

Positive Masculinity has given me a chance to connect with other masculine people in an environment that fosters vulnerability and growth.
