Small-Group Coaching is grounded in core coaching competencies; group coaching brings the coaching conversation into a small group context. It is an intimate conversation space focused on goal setting, deepening awareness around critical issues, taking action, and accountability.
This method of group coaching increases problem-solving, planning, and teamwork skills. It also builds more profound relationships and connections through a shared experience. Participants will experience an increased sense of accountability as the peer group and head coach will be soliciting updates on obstacles to growth, new ideas implemented, and milestones achieved against desired goals.
Each group consists of 4 to 8 individuals who commit to 4 to 6 weeks of intense work, depending on the topic. These sessions can be done in person or virtually, and the participants or team will have homework on specific exercises you will pair with another participant. These are interactive sessions that foster growth.
